1. Cancellation Policy

Important Note: SecureVisage subscriptions are non-recurring and automatically expire at the end of the billing period. No automatic renewals occur, so no cancellation is needed.

Subscription Lifecycle

  • Your subscription is active for the duration you selected (monthly, 3 months, 6 months, or annual)
  • You can continue using the service until your verification limit is reached or the time period expires
  • No further charges will be made after your initial payment

2. Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility: We offer refunds within 7 days of purchase if you haven't used the service or if there are technical issues preventing usage.

Eligible for Refund

  • Technical issues preventing service usage
  • Service not accessible within 24 hours of purchase
  • Duplicate charges or billing errors

Not Eligible for Refund

  • Service has been used for verifications
  • Change of mind after 7 days
  • Violation of terms of service
